Rowen has worked in real estate for over 15 years with experience ranging from managing multi-million dollar residential construction projects to commercial leasing & portfolio strategy for venture-backed technology companies. He has an undergraduate degree in Structural Engineering and an MBA focusing on Urban Development and Entrepreneurship.

 

Rowen and his family live on a beautiful farm in Morristown with their dogs, chickens, ducks, and one particularly mischievous goat named Lilly. In his spare time, you can find him playing soccer with his nephews, hiking in Jockey Hollow with his daughter in tow, or reading a dystopian thriller in a comfy hammock.
